1. Use of Services

On Point DOT Inspections provides virtual and on-site Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance inspections, consultation, and related services. Our services are intended for commercial motor carriers and transportation professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to engage with our services.


2. Payment Terms

  • All inspection fees and service setup fees are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Subscriptions for ongoing compliance support, retainer plans, or digital reporting are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
  • Late or failed payments may result in delayed or suspended inspection services.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All inspection forms, virtual compliance systems, branding materials, and related documentation remain the intellectual property of On Point DOT Inspections unless explicitly transferred via written agreement.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use digital reports and tools while under an active service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle and business information prior to inspection.
  • Ensure availability of required documents and staff for scheduled inspection calls.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing information and honor scheduled appointments.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent or misleading activity
  • Violation of DOT compliance laws
  • Abusive conduct toward our team

6. Disclaimer

On Point DOT Inspections is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Transportation or any government agency. We are an independent service provider offering third-party compliance support. Our services do not replace legal or regulatory advice from licensed professionals.


7. Limitation of Liability

On Point DOT Inspections is not liable for:

  • Penalties incurred due to misinformation provided by the client
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of income resulting from failed inspections

Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and state-level regulations.


8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
